How to Become a Sperm Donor
Below you can find information on how to become a sperm donor.
Before sending in your application, you should first read all subpages in this section. It is particularly important that you decide which type of sperm donor you want to be: Anonymous or Non-Anonymous
1. Fill out the application form
You can fill out our application form. Upon receipt of your application, we will determine if you are qualified to continue in the application process. If we determine you are qualified to proceed, you will be contacted via email within 2-3 business days from submitting your application. We will be here to assist you throughout the entire process.
2. Initial sperm tests
Once you have sent us your application to become a sperm donor, and been notified of approval, the next step is to deposit a sperm sample for assessment. Based on the initial sperm quality, may be required to determine qualification.
To ensure good Sperm Quality, please abstain from ejaculation at least 48 hours prior to depositing.
3. Donor Agreement
If your Sperm Quality meets our approval criteria, you will be asked to sign a donor agreement in which you state whether you want to be a Anonymous or Non-Anonymous donor with either a Basic or Extended profile. You will then be registered in our database.
Next, you will attend a medical exam where you will also provide a blood and urine sample. We will review your medical history, perform a physical exam and a psychological assessment. At this appointment you will make your first donation and the healthcare professional will be able to make a preliminary approval. Remember to bring your Government Issued Photo ID (Passport, ID card) as identification.
When the results of the blood and urine samples are received, you will finally be approved!
You will be compensated up to $100 for each approved donation.
